A New Orleans murder suspect on the run is apprehended after shooting a police officer there.
News reports say B.J. Brown, 32, was captured Wednesday in Erin Tennessee, about 60 miles from Nashville. The City of Erin police department posted a picture of Brown in police custody.
Brown was wanted for the execution-style murder of Casandra Jones in the 1400 block of Iberville Street on Monday.
Graphic video captured by an anonymous witness and obtained by news outlets allegedly shows Brown shooting the woman, he then walks away but returns a short time later to shoot her again, killing her.
