Three arrests are in the report from the Missouri Highway Patrol for Monday and Tuesday.
Monday at about 9:05 am in Chariton County, Troopers arrested 44-year-old Michael P Vanoster of Richmond for alleged speeding and on a warrant for alleged non-support. He was taken to the Chariton County Jail pending the posting of bond.
At 9:10 am, Troopers in Caldwell County arrested 33-year-old Ryan S Martin of Kidder on a Buchanan County warrant for alleged non-support. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
Tuesday at 9:30 am in Dekalb County, Troopers arrested 22-year-old Joshua S Owens of Cameron for alleged shoplifting, driving while revoked, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
