Dr. Matthew Sabo was arrested by the Office of the Attorney General for inappropriately touching 14 patients between 2013 and 2020.During that same time period, he is accused of overprescribing pain medication to patients, causing at least one to fall addicted to the prescriptions, according to the grand jury.Sabo runs the Foot and Ankle Wellness Center of Western Pennsylvania in five counties, but the alleged incidents occurred in Armstrong, Butler and Mercer counties."I'm telling you right now that my client, under no circumstances, violated the law whatsoever," says Sabo's attorney, Phil DiLucente. "He is adamant about that."Sabo is a resident of Chicora, Butler County, and remains free, after posting a $100,000 straight bond."He's under attack right now," DiLucente said.
