CHESTNUT RIDGE – Ramapo Town Police are continuing to investigate the shooting death of a cabbie that occurred three years ago.
Police said Luis Guaman-Espinoza was killed while in his International Taxi on the morning of June 28, 2019 as he sat in it while parked behind the CVS store at 274 Old Nyack Turnpike across from Chestnut Ridge Village Hall.
The Investigation Division of Ramapo Police is asking anyone with information about the killing to contact Detective Quinn at 845-357-2400 or submit an anonymous tip using the “RocklandCounty DA” Tip411 phone app.
