Marcus Stokes has been out at the Elite 11 this week slinging the ball around and dropping dimes
It is what the 2023 Penn State quarterback commit has done all spring and summer. But Tuesday he took time out to deliver a message that Nittany Lions’ fans will love to hear.

According to 247 Sports, the strong-armed, 6-foot-2, 185 pounder said he does not plan to take any other visits and is “firmly committed to Penn State.”
“Penn State has been building a huge recruiting class, one of the fastest growing in the country, and right now the message I give to other recruits is that it’s about family there and our brotherhood is so different,” Stokes told 247. “Everybody looks out for each other there and it’s a great culture.”
Per reports, Florida which recently missed out on Jaden Rashada, who committed to Miami, was expected to make a run at the 4-star Stokes, whose school is just about a 90-mile drive from Gainesville. So, hearing Stokes say he is planning on shutting it down and is staying locked in with Nittany Lions, is a big deal for James Franklin and staff.
