UPDATE: Second driver dies from injuries in Snow Hill crash

SNOW HILL, Md. – Maryland State Police say a crash claimed the life of a Salisbury man and left another in critical condition Tuesday evening.

At around 5:15 p.m., troopers responded to the area of southbound Route 12, south of the Wicomico/Worcester County line, for a report of a serious crash. Preliminary investigation revealed that a 2014 Ford Fusion was traveling northbound on Route 12 when the driver crossed the center line into the southbound lane, hitting a 2007 Honda.

The driver and sole occupant of the Ford, 23-year-old Joshua Capra of Salisbury, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the Honda, 21-year-old Emani Press of Temperanceville, VA, was taken to TidalHealth in Salisbury with life-threatening injuries.

The crash remains under investigation, and any witnesses are asked to contact the MSP Berlin Barrack.
