Election results for El Paso County, Pueblo County and statewide races in Colorado

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - Click here for full results. The home page will display state races. You have to select the green box that reads “More Elections” to select county races.

Ballots had to be turned in by 7 p.m.

As of 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 972,188 ballots had been returned statewide. At that time, 481,058 registered republicans had returned their ballots, 404,967 democrats had returned their ballots and 86,163 unaffiliated voters had returned here ballots.

COLORADO PRIMARY HIGHLIGHTS AS OF 9 P.M. ELECTION NIGHT:

REPUBLICAN RACES:

- (R)Heidi Ganahl is the projected nomination over (R) Greg Lopez for governor to face off against incumbent (D) Jared Polis.

- (R) Joe O’Dea is the projected nomination over (R) Ron Hanks for U.S. Senate to challenge incumbent (D) Sen. Michael Bennet.

-Both incumbents, (R) Rep. Doug Lamborn for U.S. House District 5 and (R) Lauren Boebert are expected to represent the GOP in the General Election on Nov. 8.

-(R) Pam Anderson is projected to represent the Republicans on the General Election Ballot to face off against incumbent (D) Jena Griswold

DEMOCRAT RACES:

-Many of the democrats at the state and federal level were running unopposed during this primary.

-(D) Bo Ortiz in Pueblo County was the incumbent, but according to early results he will be replaced. (D) Candace Rivera is the projected winner in the primary and is expected to face (R) Nathan Baxter.
