PORT ANGELES – The company currently known as Dash Air Shuttle will officially begin daily trips from Fairchild Airport to SeaTac Airport on Thursday, August 11.

That was announced Tuesday by company President Clint Ostler at a news conference in the terminal in Port Angeles.

Ostler said passengers can begin booking tickets now (click here).

“The website is now live. You can go to flydashair.com and book tickets beginning August 11 forward. Starting with, initially, four departures, Monday through Friday, two on Saturdays and three on Sundays. Fares are going to start from $89 one way. The last two years have been like a roller coaster of, “We’re starting, we’re not starting, we’re starting, we’re not.” And so we are excited to work with the Port and get this off the ground.”

Ostler said, for frequent flyers, the company is offering a coupon book of round trip tickets, valid for a full year, which can be used by anyone within the same household. The price for that is $2,500, or about $79 each way.
