A homeowner woke up early Monday morning to the sound of loud drills in Visalia.

According to the homeowner, two suspects were caught in the act as they tried to steal a catalytic converter from the homeowner’s vehicle around 5 a.m. on the north side of town.

One suspect quickly realized they were caught, took a quick glance at the homeowner who captured the incident on their phone and ran off. That suspect appears to be a man wearing gray shorts, a black hooded pullover sweater, and white shoes with black lining.

Another suspect quickly crawls out from under the vehicle and looks right at the camera before running away. They were seen with tattoos on both arms, facial hair, and wearing a blue hat with yellow writing that reads, “GO BLUE!”
