Police in Dauphin County charged a man who was a volunteer at a youth organization with indecent assault.Matthew Schreiber, 32, was working at the Harrisburg Christian Performing Arts Center in Lower Swatara Township when the crimes happened in February 2018, police said.The complaint alleges Schreiber brought four underage girls to his Camp Hill home and gave them alcohol. Schreiber also encouraged the girls to kiss each other and stand outside while being mostly naked, according to the complaint.Police said the accusers told them Schreiber was in a position of power over them as a director and teacher with the performing arts center.
