Chainze Tucker sentenced to two decades in prison

A Lima man was sentenced to two decades in prison for a 2021 shooting at a bar.

Chainze Tucker is accused of shooting 44-year-old Ralph Upshaw in the back at Marko's Sports and Spirits on March 25th of 2021. He was sentenced up to 24 years maximum in prison.

Tucker agreed to a plea deal earlier this month that which he agreed to plead guilty to three counts of having weapons under disability and one count of felonious assault, in exchange for the rest of his charges, including an attempted murder charge dismissed.
