Frisch's adding Nathan's Famous hot dogs to the menu for month of July

Frisch's Big Boy restaurants will serve Nathan's Famous hot dogs for the month of July.

Frisch's Big Boy is celebrating National Hot Dog Month with a new menu item. Starting July 1, the official kickoff to National Hot Dog Month, Frisch's will offer Nathan's Famous hot dogs at its restaurants.

The all-beef natural casing hot dogs use the same 106-year-old secret recipe and are eaten annually at the Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest on July 4.

Nathan's Famous hot dogs can be topped with chili, cheese, diced onions, sauerkraut and bacon.

“This is an exciting year for Frisch’s as we celebrate our 75th anniversary, and the opportunity to unite two iconic brands under one roof is just the icing on the cake for this momentous year, Jordin Nabi, Frisch's vice president of marketing, said in a release.

Nathan's Famous hot dogs will be available at Frisch's for the entire month of July and can be topped with chili, cheese, diced onions, sauerkraut and bacon.
