Shelbyville Man who Resisted Arrest is on the Run

The Shelbyville Police Department needs your assistance locating Patrick James Pace, age 23, of Shelbyville.

Pace and a female passenger were stopped by Officer Bailey Dineen Monday night for speeding in a black Lexus sedan.

When it was determined Pace had a revoked driver’s license and warrants for his arrest for failure to appear he resisted arrest. After a brief scuffle Pace made his way back to his vehicle and abruptly sped away putting Officer Dineen in serious danger.

Pace and a passenger then fled in the black Lexus reaching speeds in excess of 100mph headed outbound on 231 north.
