Carjacking suspect chased by police hits two people walking in Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Fresno police were chasing a vehicle that had been reportedly carjacked Tuesday morning.

They say the driver would not stop and eventually crashed the car at Santa Clara and F Streets in downtown Fresno.

Two people walking were hit by the car.

One person was taken to the hospital and the other was treated for minor injuries.

The suspect also had minor injuries.
