(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested 43-year-old Jason Michael Eppenbaugh, of Red Oak, today (Tuesday) on a warrant for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Harassment 3rd Degree. Eppenbaugh was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $300 bond.
