Roca man accused of child enticement
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A man from Roca was arrested by the Nebraska State Patrol on Monday on suspicion of child enticement.
The patrol said Hector Tercero, 22, set up a sexual encounter with someone he thought was a 14-year-old girl.
A state patrol investigator was posing as the girl on social media.
Tercero was arrested when he arrived at the meeting place in Grand Island and was lodged in the Hall County Jail.
