The national average price for a gallon of gasoline has fallen for a second week due to the drop in global oil prices, according to AAA.

Oil prices dropped to around $107 per barrel, due to fears of a global recession and less demand.
The average price in the Tri-Cities is currently $4.47 per gallon, that is 14 cents cheaper than about two weeks ago when gas was at a record high.
According to AAA, prices in Virginia are higher than Tennessee.

The average price of gasoline in Bristol, Virginia is about $4.61, or 10 cents cheaper than the record high prices.
