A man who shot and killed a reported "intruder" has been charged with murder, deputies said.On June 22, the Davidson County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported shooting on Becky Hill Road.Christian Everhart, 25, called 911 and said he had shot an intruder who had broken into his home.Deputies arrived and located Sarah Baxter dead from a gunshot wound.After investigation, deputies determined Baxter had been a guest at the residence and spent the night at the residence.On Monday, Everhart was arrested and charged with murder.
