Four underaged suspects are in custody following a murder in the Upstate, last weekend. The Greenville County Sheriff's Office says, a juvenile male is charged with the murder of 21 year old, Huber Lopez of Troutman, North Carolina. Three other juvenile males are charged with Accessory After The Fact.

The fatal shooting happened early Saturday morning on West 8th Street, in Greenville's Woodside Community. The Sheriff's Office says Lopez was shot multiple times after an ongoing family dispute.
Three of the four suspects have been transported to the Juvenile Justice Department in Columbia and the fourth remains in custody at the Greenville County Jail. The names of the four suspects have not been released, due to them all being underage.
