McAlester Polling Place Catches Fire, Voters To Be Sent To Other Location

The Pittsburg County Sheriff's office said a church and polling place caught fire Tuesday morning in McAlester.

The Pittsburg County Sheriff's office said a church and polling place caught fire Tuesday morning in McAlester.

According to the Pittsburg County Election Board, that was the polling place for precincts 7 and 40.

Voters in those precincts will now have to vote at the County Election Board Office.
