NeNe Leakes has once again addressed a lawsuit filed against her by the estranged wife of her current boyfriend, Nyonisela Sioh.

In the lawsuit, Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh alleged that her ex-husband entered into a relationship with NeNe while they were still married. Tehmeh-Sioh says she suffered emotional distress after NeNe went public with Nyonisela Sioh on social media. She is suing for emotional distress, mental anguish and a loss of affection.

In North Carolina, a person can sue a spouse’s extramarital partner for alienation of affection. She is hoping to receive an award of up to $100,000. Only seven states in the U.S. allow such lawsuits.

“I feel like it’s their business and not mine, right?” the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” star told Entertainment Tonight. “I feel like I was dragged into something that is just not my business. They have their own legal thing that’s going on. I shouldn’t be brought into it, that’s all. So, I really have no feelings about it. I really think that it’s something that [Nyonisela] has to handle himself.”

NeNe’s late husband Gregg Leakes died in their Atlanta home in September after a four-year battle with colon cancer.

“It was difficult,” NeNe told PEOPLE Lats year. “Gregg handled a lot of things in our life. There were some things I didn’t know — some of the simple things. I didn’t even know who the lawn guy was.”

“I was having to ask him questions like that,” she added. “And he said to me, ‘If you go into my office and look on the wall, I left an envelope taped to the wall.’ And so I went and looked on the wall and there was a manila folder he had stuck to the wall that said, ‘Open this if anything ever happens to me.’ When I opened it up, he had a letter to Brentt (their 22-year-old son) and telling us certain things like, where we needed to pay stuff and who was the accounting person to talk to because we didn’t know anything. And I thought to myself when I looked through all the stuff that he had written and the things that he had left, that that took a lot of strength.”
