A 37-year-old man was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital after being attacked by his pit bull in Fayette County.
The attack happened around 5:12 a.m. in the 200 block of Center Street in Dunbar Township.
The man was conscious and alert when state police arrived. The extent of his injuries is unknown at this time.
State police said animal control took over the case.
