Trenton Accident Injures Three

TRENTON, MO – Three Trenton residents were injured in a one-vehicle accident Monday afternoon north of Trenton.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the accident occurred as a vehicle driven by 25-year old Samantha Knapp was southbound on Northwest 22nd Street, 1/2 mile north of Trenton. Knapp lost control and overcorrected. The vehicle travelled off the side of the roadway where it struck an embankment and overturned onto the drivers side. The vehicle came to rest on its wheels.
Knapp and 29-year old Brandon Burkhardt received moderate injuries. A 7-year old male child had minor injuries. All three were taken to Wright Memorial Hospital.
