HENDERSON COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) —

After months of questioning, News 13's investigative team has confirmed Andrew Murray, District Attorney for Henderson, Transylvania and Polk counties, will begin reviewing this week whether an adult should face criminal charges in the death of a toddler who reportedly shot herself with an unsecured gun on Christmas Day 2021.
