ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) —
Asheville police are asking for help identifying two men they believe were carrying guns at Sunday's protest in Pack Square Park. One man was wearing a face mask and body armor during the demonstration in downtown Asheville.

It is illegal in North Carolina to carry openly, even if you have a license, if you are participating in a demonstration.
Asheville police made multiple arrests of people carrying guns during demonstrations in 2020.
