The teenage son of a TikTok star was shot to death at an Alabama gas station just one day before his 19th birthday.

Randon Lee was shot at a gas station in Prichard, Alabama — just northwest of Mobile — on Friday, WALA reports. After being shot, he drove across the street to another gas station where he died as a result of his injuries.

The day after the shooting, his mother Ophelia Nichols, a local influencer known on TikTok as “Mama Tot” and @shoelover99, pleaded to her millions of followers for help.

"I ain't never asked y'all for anything but I need your help with this,” she said while getting emotional. “There's almost 7 million people that follow me. Somebody's gotta know something."

She then showed photographs of her son, pleading with her followers to look at him, and claimed that investigators are following two leads in the case.

In a caption for the video, Nichols wrote, “You will be found! You will reap what you sow in this world. You may not be caught now but its coming. I hope you see my sons face eveyday [sic] of your life.”

The video has been played 20 million times.

The Prichard Police Department have not immediately responded to Oxygen.com’s request for comment. They did confirm to WALA that they are following new leads in the case.

On Sunday, they told the outlet that they were making progress.

“People talk. People talk,” Nichols told WALA, regarding the TikTok video in which she pleaded for help. “So I wanted that video to be seen because if the person who did this to my son could see what he did to our family. He took my son from me. My son.”

“They had a choice and they chose to take my son from me,” the influencer, known for calling her followers “tater tots” added.

Lee was the youngest of her four children and was an organ donor.

“He was just 18 years old, that’s the best part of somebody’s life,” she told her followers.

The grieving mother took to Facebook on Sunday to state, “My son would help anyone. He loved people and he loved his family.”

She added, “I know people are afraid that my love and joy will never return because of this pain but the truth is, it doesn’t leave me. I can’t change the good in me. I can’t turn myself into someone I am not."

"My heart is pure and although it is broken right now, with time and love, I will be mended back together. I know that I will smile and I will feel normal again," she added. "I won’t be complete ever again but I will be able to find my joy in my life through my children, friends, family.”
