TRIAL. >> THIS IS A TRIAL WITH A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF CHARGES, A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF VICTIMS. RAY: THE TRIAL OF 26-YEAR-OLD VOLODYMYR ZHUKOVSKYY IS SCHEDULED TO BEGIN ON JULY 18. HE’S FACING CHARGES INCLUDING NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE, MANSLAUGHTER, DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE, AND RECKLESS CONDUCT IN CONNECTION WITH A CRASH THAT KILLED SEVEN MOTORCYCLISTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE JARHEADS MOTORCYCLE CLUB. ON MONDAY, JUST OVER THREE YEARS AFTER THE CRASH, THE STATE RELEASED ITS WITNESS LIST. IT NAMES 104 PEOPLE, 62 OF THEM FROM NEW HAMPSHIRE. THEY ALSO COME FROM VERMONT, MAINE, PENNSYLVANIA, AND KENTUCKY. THE LIST INCLUDES MEMBERS OF BOTH STATE AND LOCAL POLICE, FIRE DEPARTMENTS AND PEOPLE WORKING AT FORENSIC LABS AND CORRECTIONS FACILITIES. FORMER COUNTY ATTORNEY PATRICIA LAFRANCE SAYS WITH THE NUMBER OF CHARGES ON THE LINE A LARGE WITNESS LIST IS TO BE EXPECTED. >> YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER THE PROSECUTORS, THE STATE HAS THE BURDEN TO PROVE EVERY ELEMENT OF EVERY CRIME CHARGED BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT. RAY: AMONG THOSE NAMED ON THE LIST IS JARHEAD MOTORCYCLE PRESIDENT MANNY RIBEIRO. HE SPOKE TO NEWS 9 IN 2019. >> I WOULD REALLY BE ANGRY IF THERE IS ULTIMATELY NO ACCOUNTABILITY. I KNOW THE CLUB AND A LOT OF FAMILIES ARE LOOKING FOR ACCOUNTABILITY. RAY: LAFRANCE SAYS WE’RE STILL AWAITING FOR THE DEFENSE WITNESS LIST, BUT THEY’RE NOT REQUIRED TO CALL ANYONE TO THE STAND. LAFRANCE SAYS SHE EXPECTS THE TRIAL TO LAST BETWEEN TWO TO THREE WEEKS. IT’S ALREADY BEEN DELAYED MULTIPLE TIMES

New Hampshire prosecutors have released their witness list for the trial of a Massachusetts man.Volodymyr Zhukovskyy, 26, faces charges after a crash killed seven members of the Jarheads Motorcycle Club three years ago in Randolph. Investigators charged Zhukovskyy with negligent homicide, manslaughter, driving under the influence and reckless conduct.The list contains 104 people. Granite Staters make up 62 of the witnesses. Others are from Vermont, Maine, Pennsylvania and Kentucky. State and local police officers are included, as well as people working in forensic labs and correctional facilities.Black Law Group attorney Patricia LaFrance said a large witness list is to be expected with the "significant amount of charges" and "significant amount of victims.""You have to remember the protectors," LaFrance said. "The state has the burden to prove every element of every crime charge beyond a reasonable doubt."Lafrance said the witness list may have additional names as backup.Jarhead Motorcycle Club president Manny Ribeiro is one of the witnesses."I would really be angry if there's ultimately no accountability," Ribeiro said to WMUR in 2019. "I'm really looking for and I know the club is looking for and families and loved ones are looking for accountability."The defense witness list has not been released yet. Lafrance said they are not required to call anyone to the stand. The trial is scheduled to start July 18.
