GRUNDY COUNTY —Three people were injured in an accident just after 4:30p.m. Monday in Grundy County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2014 Chevy SUV driven by Samantha L. Knapp, 25, Trenton, was southbound on NW 22nd Street one mile north of Trenton.
The driver lost control of the vehicle and overcorrected. The SUV traveled off the right side of the road, struck an embankment and overturned.
Grundy County EMS transported Knapp, her 7-year-old son and a second passenger identified as Brandon D. Burkhardt, 29, of Trenton to Wright Memorial Hospital.The adults were not wearing seat belts, according to the MSHP.
