Fireworks will again be lighting up the sky over Shannon Springs Park on the Fourth of July thanks to the Chickasha Forward Association. The show will start at dusk on the fourth with aerial displays flying high into the night sky. The event is free for all to enjoy. Last year more than 3,400 visited the park for the display.
 This group of business and civic leaders headed up by Tim Elliott of Standley Systems have funded the show this year and for the past 34 years as a gift to the Community.
