Sheetz lowers gas prices to $3.99 ahead of holiday weekend
Sheetz, a chain of convenience stores known for its coffee and custom food, is also now being recognized for its low gas prices to help ease the pain at the pump.Starting Monday, Sheetz will reduce the price of fuel to $3.99 a gallon for unleaded 88 and $3.49 a gallon for E85. The limited-time offer will be available through July 4 to ease holiday travel. Sheetz currently has 56 locations in Ohio and 647 stores across six states, including Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio and Maryland.In April, Sheetz opened its first store in the Columbus, Ohio, market. They're aiming to open their first Dayton store in 2024. Each Sheetz location will employ around 30 people. Each Sheetz location will also offer its award-winning made-to-order menu where guests can order customized specialty drinks or food items 24/7.“We are thrilled to continue our growth in Ohio and bring the ultimate one-stop-shop to the residents of Dayton,” said Travis Sheetz, president and CEO of Sheetz. “Built on the values my Uncle Bob instilled when he founded Sheetz in 1952, we look forward to being a great employer and neighbor that is actively involved in the Dayton community.”
