Cordele Police Chief Jalon Heard says deceased is 60 year old Johnnie "Red" Walker
CORDELE, GA – The Georgia Bureau of Investigation’s been called after the body of a partially clad woman was discovered in a residential backyard Sunday afternoon.
Monday afternoon, Cordele Police Chief Jalon Heard identified the deceased as 60 year old Johnnie “Red” Walker.
Walker’s body was discovered around 3:30pm in the backyard of a residence in the 300 block of East 11th Avenue.
An autopsy has been scheduled to determine a time and potential cause of death.
