Someone from Irving won the $7 million Lotto Texas jackpot!

The Texas Lottery says someone matched all six numbers drawn Saturday night and chose the cash value option. That means they will get more than four and a half million dollars.

The winner bought the ticket at a Circle K on Valley View Lane and has six months to claim the big prize.

"We look forward to meeting the second Lotto Texas jackpot winner of June, and the fifth overall for 2022," Gary Grief, executive director of the Texas Lottery said. "If you have the winning ticket, we encourage you to sign the ticket, put it in a safe place, seek financial and legal advice, and call the Texas Lottery to schedule an appointment to claim the prize."

In addition to the jackpot-winning prize, more than 50,000 Lotto Texas tickets
won lower-tier prizes ranging from $2 to $13,218 for the same drawing.

The jackpot for Monday tonight's Lotto Texas drawing reset to around $5 million.
