The Kansas Educational Risk Management Pool (KERMP) is a member-owned consortium comprising public K-12 Kansas school districts. The insurance renewal quote for $286,472.26 for the 2022-2023 school year has an increase of $84,056.42 from the previous year. Mr. Thexton will present details and make an approval recommendation to the Board.
5. Approval of Student Insurance for 2022-2023
The district maintains student insurance for school-sponsored and supervised activities. Options for 2022-2023 student insurance includes two plans that provide a maximum benefit per claim of $25,000 with no deductible. Mr. Thexton will give more details and make a recommendation for board approval.
