The Nike Kyrie Low 5 Appears In City Edition Nets Colors As Future Remains Uncertain

After three seasons and three failed attempts at an NBA championship, the Brooklyn Nets super-team is now a bonafide failed state. The initial Big Three of Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, and Deandre Jordan never reached its potential, with Deandre quickly finding himself out of a rotation and Kyrie Irving being as reliable as a pre-owned Land Rover. The James Harden experiment was short-lived, and it’s clear that the bearded former-MVP made the right choice.

Now, Kyrie Irving seems to be on his way out of Brooklyn, assuming he doesn’t pick up his player option and the Nets don’t extend him a super-max contract. Of all the favored destination thats Kyrie has communicated to the Nets front office, none seem at all interested – at least for the asking price. Regardless of Kyrie’s clouded future, Nike is still set to release the Kyrie Low 5 in a familiar colorway that matches the Brooklyn Nets City Edition jerseys.

This Kyrie Low 5 is currently expected to launch sometime in July 2022 for $110.
