IN WESTMORELAND COUNTY... POLICE ARRESTED TWO SUSPECTS AFTER A SHOOTING, A CHASE AND CRASH THAT STARTED AT A RESTAURANT IN ROSTRAVER TOWNSHIP EARLY SUNDAY MORNING. POLICE SAY ONE OF THE SUSPECTS FIRED SEVERAL SHOTS INTO A CROWD OF PEOPLE OUTSIDE OF SWEENEY'S STEAKHOUSE AS THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSING. TWO PEOPLE WERE SHOT -- AND ARE RECOVERING AFTER BEING FLOWN TO A NEARBY HOSPITAL. POLICE SAY THEY'E BEEN CALLED TO THE RESTAURANT IN THE PAST. A Butler County man faces multiple charges, including aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a child after an 11-month-old girl was found unresponsive at an Armstrong County home.Video above: Your Monday headlinesKiski Township police said they were called to an Aspen Drive home back on April 11, 2022. Police said first responders determined the child had suffered serious injuries and was flown to Children's Hospital for treatment. Jacob Rupert, 23, of Saxonburg, was taking care of the child, according to police. The 11-month-old was found to be suffering from broken vertebrae in her neck, abrasions to her face along with retinal hemorrhaging and an occipital fracture.Police did not reveal Rupert's relationship to the child or why she was in his care. The child's condition as of Monday was not released. Rupert was arraigned and given a $50,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 6.
