The Minnesota Twins have hosted concerts at Target Field with everyone from Paul McCartney to Green Day to Tim McGraw. Now, they are introducing their first post-game concert.

Country superstar Cole Swindell will take over Target Field after the Twins and Blue Jays game on August 4th. Swindell is a multi-platinum selling artist whose latest album, Sterotype, has been number one on the country chart in back-to-back weeks.

This will mark the first time the Twins have hosted a post-game concert at Target Field. Other teams in Major League Baseball hosting post-game concerts this season include the Chicago White Sox hosting Kaskade and the Milwaukee Brewers hosted the "I Love the '90s" tour in May.
