It is expected to open this fall. Chef Joe Cash from New York City said he's returning to his hometown to open the new restaurant.Table 301 is also opening a new restaurant downtown.Jones Oyster Company is slated to go where Soby’s On The Side used to be off East Court Street. No word on an opening date. A new bakery is also coming. Carmella’s café and dessert bar coming to the Camperdown development. The Charleston-based restaurant will serve up gelato, cakes, pastries, pizza, sandwiches and more. The owners say they hope to open in the fall.All of the design plans for these businesses still need to be approved by the City’s Design Review Board Urban Panel. Its next meeting is July 7.
