Buffalo Red Hots Announces New Franchise Planned in Brevard County at Renningers Flea Market

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Buffalo Red Hots, a well-known Buffalo, New York restaurant, has announced its plans to expand by opening its first Florida franchise on July 1.

The new franchise will be based at Renningers Flea Market on West Eau Gallie Blvd. in Melbourne, according to founder Chef Josh Szymczak.

Their specialty is an all-beef Buffalo Red Hot frankfurter served with a unique tangy sauce that made their Buffalo, NY operation famous. The breakfast and lunch menus will include additional New York-inspired dishes including “Beef on Weck,” a roast beef-style sandwich, a Buffalo New York favorite, burgers and wings.

The Beef on Weck particularly has been a New York favorite for decades. The breakfast menu offers ham or sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches, all made to order. The proprietary Buffalo red hot sauce is made fresh daily.

The culinary team at Buffalo Red Hots consists of trained and experienced professionals who have over ten years’ extensive knowledge in the culinary field.

Szymczak is a Buffalo New York native specializing in Buffalo-inspired dishes and his experience includes ten years as a Sous Chef. The Sous Chef is the top assistant to the head Chef, is considered the director of production and serves as second in command. Kitchen staff routinely report to the Sous Chef.

“We are excited and thrilled to bring Buffalo Red Hots to Brevard County,” said Szymczak.

“We created a unique style of cooking our New York-style dishes and our special sauce will be loved by the customers especially those from the New York area. Our goal is to become the local favorite.”

Buffalo Red Hots, a renowned Buffalo, New York-style restaurant, offers frankfurters topped with their special sauce along with other popular New York-style dishes. The company was formed in 2012 and due to the popularity of its menu combined with a strong New York population on the Space Coast resulted in the decision to open its first franchise in Brevard.
