A woman died at the scene of a three-vehicle crash Saturday on Eisenhower Drive in Hanover, according to the York County Coroner's Office.

Paulette Dubbs, 75, of McSherrystown, Adams County, experienced a fatal medical emergency while driving and lost control of her vehicle, Hanover Borough Police said on Monday.

An autopsy showed that Dubbs died of multiple blunt force trauma from the crash after suffering a probable coronary event, the coroner said.

The crash happened in the 200 block of Eisenhower Drive. Dubbs' 2022 Kia Soul struck two other vehicles: a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado driven by William Knudtson, of Lineboro, Maryland, and a 2017 Toyota Tacoma operated by Todd Burkholder, of Carlisle, police said.

Moderate injuries were reported, police said.
