On June 26, just before 9 a.m., the Lititz Borough Police Department was called to the area of Dean Saylor Park for a man "huffing something."

According to police, they found Caleb R. Richardson, 27, in the area and discovered he was huffing keyboard duster.

Richardson was charged for public drunkenness and released from the scene. He will be summoned to court at a later date.
