The Minburn Community Betterment Group is sponsoring a Fourth of July raffle to help fund the Independence Day celebration. 

The organization announced there will be five grand prizes including a one night stay at the Hotel Pattee in Perry with dinner for two and bowling along with two prizes of a $100 gas card, one prize of a $100 grocery card and a wifi LCD digital project with a screen. 

Other prizes include gift certificates to local restaurants, sporting goods stores and merchandise from local businesses. The price is $1 per ticket or 25 for $20 and can be purchased at Raccoon Valley Bank, Heartland Cooperative, Minburn Public Library, Mudders, Minburn City Hall or The 1914. 

Grand prize winners will be contacted and all other prize winners must be present to win at the drawing which will take place at 6 p.m. July 4th at Meek Park near the skating rink.
