Argos Police Department to Conduct Active Shooter Training

The Argos Police Department is working with the Argos Community School Corporation to conduct an active shooter training session on July 8.

Police Chief Corey Bowman told the Argos Town Council members recently that the training will likely start in the morning at the school and will involve fire and EMS.  There will be different training details involved in the upcoming event.

There are plans in place in case of an incident that is used by both the school and emergency services, but this will keep all on the same page in the event of an incident.
