Hit-and-Run Driver Leaves Pedestrian Injured in Pomona

Pomona, Los Angeles County, CA: A man was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene around 1:30 a.m. Sunday, June 26, in the city of Pomona.

Pomona Police Department and Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to reports of a man down at the intersection of Indian Hills Boulevard and San Bernardino Avenue. The arriving engine located an adult male that was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street.

It appeared that the vehicle drove off after striking the victim. The victim was transported in unknown condition by CARE ambulance to Pomona Valley Hospital.
