Cambria County Coroner Jeff Lees has identified the Johnstown woman who officials say died as a result of a "cardiac event" after being rescued from a burning home Sunday night.
Lees says 69-year-old Patricia Barclay was transported to Conemaugh Hospital late Sunday night after her home caught fire along the 600 block of Coleman Ave.
Johnstown fire officials ruled the fire as accidental after they say something was left on the stove.
First responders say the fire was contained to the kitchen-area of the home.
No other injuries were reported in the blaze.

Cambria County Coroner Jeff Lees confirmed that a woman has died following a fire at a Johnstown home Sunday night.
Authorities say the blaze broke out at the home, located along the 600 block of Coleman Ave., around 9:40 p.m.
The identity of the victim has not yet been released and a cause of death has not been determined.

One person has been hospitalized after a fire at a home in Johnstown.
Crews were called around 9:40 p.m. to the 600 block of Coleman Avenue for a home fire.
Cambria County 911 reports that one person was taken to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center.
Richland and West Hills Fire Departments, along with 7th Ward, West Hills, Riverside EMS were dispatched to the scene, according to Cambria County 911.
Crews were still on the scene investigating the fire as of 10:30 p.m.
