A Jeep and a Saturn vehicle collided at Main and Centre streets in Mount Carbon and a Honda SUV also sustained front-end damage after being hit on Sunday afternoon. Two people were taken by ambulance to the hospital. Responding at the scene were the Yorkville Hose Fire-Rescue, Good Intent Fire Company, American Hose Company, all of Pottsville; Schuylkill EMS, fire police, state police and Womer’s Garage.
