A 19-year-old man was arrested in Sacramento after he assaulted two people, vandalized a vehicle and resisted arrest, authorities said.The assault happened on Saturday around 3:30 p.m. in the 2000 block of Fair Oaks Boulevard near Howe Avenue, the Sacramento Police Department said. Mario White fled the area and was later found by officers. He also tried to run from officers, according to police."I just thought 'oh my gosh' like he is on a mission, he wants to do harm, and that's when reality hit and I was like this is a very scary situation," a witness of the assault told KCRA 3. White faces assault, vandalism and resisting officers charges, according to police.Authorities are investigating.No other details were released.
