Abortion rights group vandalizes pregnancy support center in Paso Robles

Supporters of a pro-abortion group called Jane’s Revenge allegedly vandalized a pregnancy support center in Paso Robles on Saturday morning, apparently following up on a threat.

In response to a leaked Supreme Court ruling overturning Roe v Wade, the pro-abortion group emerged onto the online landscape in May. Jane’s Revenge urged its supporters to riot if the Supreme Court overturned Roe v Wade, which occurred on Friday.

“If abortions aren’t safe, you’re not either,” the group threatened in May. “We need to express this madness fully and with ferocity. We need to quit containing ourselves.”

Jane’s Revenge allegedly sent a threat to Tree of Life Pregnancy Support Center, which runs clinics in Paso Robles, Atascadero and San Luis Obispo. The pro-life centers provide no-cost pregnancy testing, ultrasounds and information on abortions and adoptions.

If a pregnant woman decides to keep her child, the group provides maternity clothes, baby clothes and medical referrals at no cost.

On Saturday morning, vandals broke windows and spray painted anarchist symbols and “JR” for Jane’s Revenge at the Paso Robles center.

Paso Robles police are reviewing surveillance tapes from businesses in the Highlands Shopping Center in the felony vandalism case, which could also be prosecuted as a hate crime.

Just to add some fuel to the fire as everyone has gone bananas over this issue. A question to ask would be will Congress and the Justice be as gun ho to prosecute people who break the law over this decision like they have done with the Jan 6 incident people. If the people who believe in the pro-abortion issue did the same as the Jan 6 people would they be treated the same? Jan 6 incident went to far but I really don’t think if both groups did the same thing equal justice would of been rendered.

In Iran if a 12 year old girl is raped and impregnated by her father, she must carry the baby to term or be thrown in prison for life.

Wait, sorry, no That’s Alabama.


This whole time Republicans were so scared of sharia law taking over that they decided to just enact it themselves. The call from Sharia law was coming from inside the house!

I’ve read all of these comments, I watched multiple news outlets and the massive protest and violence that’s taken place in this nation since last Friday and it continues and is creasing in intensity. I watched and listened to politicians fanning this unrest. None of it is acceptable or justified. It’s not defendable. Those doing it, are hurting their cause even more. Your choice. You will reap what you sow, and it will be just.


As a father of two adult children, nothing can match the blessing and joy of being a parent. I am so thankful to of had the opportunity to be a parent. I know my wife feels the same. It’s been an honor to raise these two. Their lives were a gift from the day of conception in the womb, to the time I spent with each of them this past Father’s Day. I cherish each time we have together. How could anyone not want this blessing and joy. Nothing can come close to these blessings.

There is no reason in this day and age for women to be going through an abortion.

Women’s rights, their bodies, their decision. Then why aren’t they making the decision if sexually active to prevent a pregnancy. There are so many birth control products on the market, and readily available that a woman can take. Condoms are not reliable so why would a woman take the risk. There is even a morning after pill…

If pregnancy cause by a violent act rape or incest then definitely help. A woman having to go through violent attack then finding out she is pregnant should not have to give birth.

There are also couples who can not conceive, and desperately want a child.

These late term abortions are murder. It makes me sick thinking about the doctors who actually perform these atrocities.

Late term abortions are very rare. Less than 1 percent take place after 21 weeks of pregnancy per the CDC.

How would they know? Only 13 US states are required to provide medically accurate sex-education. With teen pregnancies 5-6 times higher in the US compared to europe with it’s easy access to health care and education (also 4 months of parental leave).


Remember “they” don’t differentiate between preventing conception and an abortifacient, anything under the planned parenthood roof is “bad”.


They believe sex is a sin unless married and don’t want people doing the deed and anything that helps people have sex is bad, you know the fake sin stuff /indoctrination in the churches.

You have to be joking easy access to health care. When was the last time you were treated for health issue in Europe…….

The medical care in the US surpasses anywhere else in the world. To get good care in Europe you better have the money so you can afford a private Dr. Care in Europe is kinda what our poor Vets have to suffer through with Government run health care

I am for free birth control and free vasectomies for those who can not afford to pay.

Nothin wrong with sex. It just makes me so angry watching these women protesting with signs stating MY BODY MY CHOICE …..Why not make the choice to protect that body by being responsible, and using birth control. After 6 weeks your baby’s

heart is beating……

Also how would they know about ” free birth control and …” when there is little to no sex education from the constant cutting of education budgets by the conservatives/fundies and their enablers, we know it not being taught in those homes.


Since you are knowledgeable about europe, why is the pregnancy rate so low there, compared to here with our facebook education?

If people want to prevent abortions, then they should support free birth control, IUDs, vasectomies, sterilization, etc. The costs of this would be far outweighed by the reduced costs society has to pay to support those with unwanted pregnancies. Ironically, many of those who oppose abortion also want to restrict birth control, which makes zero sense!
