Graduations: Susquehanna, Georgia Tech, SUNY Canton, Stanislaus

The Georgia Institute of Technology presented degrees to more than 4,500 undergraduate and graduate students during the Institute’s 262nd commencement exercises May 6-7, 2022, at Bobby Dodd Stadium.

Among the graduates were:

Felix Luo of Dix Hills – Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering with Highest Honors

Renee Rios of Commack – Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering

Stanislaus State

Stanislaus State, a part of the California State University system, recognized 3,130 graduates at its recent commencement.

Jaspreet Nijjar of Melville graduated with a degree in Computer Science.

Susquehanna University

Susquehanna conferred degrees upon 520 students at the conclusion of its 164th academic year.

Jocelyn McMahon of Commack graduated summa cum laude from Susquehanna University with a Bachelor of Science in physics.

Susquehanna, a liberal arts university offering more than 100 majors and minors in business, humanities, arts and sciences, focuses on intellectual development, global competence and career success.

SUNY Canton

Approximately 750 students graduated from SUNY Canton as members of the class of 2022.

The college celebrated its 114th Commencement Ceremony Saturday, May 14.

The college live-streamed the 114th Commencement Ceremony for those who could not attend. It also created a video of ceremony highlights.

The SUNY Canton class of 2022 includes:

  • Katelyn M. Kullack of Northport, NY, who graduated from SUNY Canton’s Liberal Arts-General Studies program.
  • Don L. Rodriguez of Northport, who graduated from SUNY Canton’s Criminal Investigation program.
