Shenandoah Borough (Schuylkill County) - A Mahanoy City man is facing several charges, after getting into an altercation with an employee inside the Wine and Spirits liquor store at Golstar Plaza in Shenandoah.
Police say the suspect, Thomas Hill Junior, attempted to purchase alcohol, but employees there refused because we're told he was already heavily intoxicated.
He allegedly began to threaten to shoot the employees. He eventually left after being told multiple times to do so, but not without allegedly urinating in the parking lot and then throwing a traffic cone at the store after employees there locked him out.
Hill is facing terroristic threats, trespassing, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, indecent exposure and public drunkenness charges.
He's currently being held at the Schuylkill County prison.
