Crash Kills Motorcyclist

We need more traffic calming and pedestrian and bike rider and bus rider safety measures on Dixwell. Most of Dixwell is a state controlled road. Most of our pedestrian and bike rider versus vehicle accidents are on state controlled portions of roads. We need to demand that the state DOT put in safety measures to protect pedestrians and bike riders and bus riders on state controlled portions of roads that run through highly populated areas within cities and towns that have lots of dense residences and businesses that generate pedestrian traffic and bike riders and bus riders to get around the area. A rural state road is not the same as a state road that runs through a city or town center.
